ABOUT USWE’RE A BRICOLOGIC COLLECTIVE*
Our collective is focused on creative experimentation and cultural synthesis. The collective is comprised of artists, designers, musicians, technologists, and writers searching for new signals that can positively channel the noise of today towards a more egalitarian society.
We live in a world structured by optionality. Reality has been completely transformed into a consumer space. Consumer-time and over optimization of shopping behaviors has destroyed any future possibilities of critical action en masse. True depth alludes us everyday. We are creative divers living in the shallow surface of culture. When signals occupy our attention in the short-term we dive deeper through experimentation and design critique to explore the possible reasons. Our goal is to reveal the long-term implications of our fast-paced consumer oriented messaging, imagery, and experiences mediated by products, services and socio-political institutions.

This is a website about not being a typical website while also being really LIKE a typical website. And, as we all know, everyone loves websites! So, why I ask are they so out of fashion? Conscious Vacation says fuck it, we’re on vacation so lets make a website that’s never finished. Better yet, a website that has no purpose. Sorry social media, you had your day. Awwee… we still love you but please, take it down a notch.
