WAITING FOR MATILDA
COMMON MOMENTS ARE WHAT DEFINE CHARACTER.
A common ritual amongst us parents (you know who I’m talking about GX) is waiting for your responsible and adoring teenager to get home. Trust is a fine line, and when you cross it with a teenager, it can set family dynamics back months in terms of progress. So I’m sitting here typing while I wonder if my daughter is dead or alive. Of course I know she’s alive, don’t be rediculous. What I mean is she will be home soon, she texted a few minutes ago and said, “we’re getting ice cream.”
The ritual of illusion amongst family members is a deep game. My family is never at rest…
